Maintenance of training records is a requirement of OSHA and other regulatory agencies. Complete records are one of the most important resources in documenting compliance with your Safety Policies & Procedures.
Your Baldwin EH&S representative works alongside the safety coordinator or office manager to ensure the following records are kept up-to-date:
New Hire Safety Orientation
Formal OSHA Employee Safety Training Records
Clock-Talk / Tail Gate Safety Meetings
Specialized Safety Training
A Tracking Log will be established of all employees and their level of training. The Tracking Log will enable managers and supervisors to track their department’s safety training needs.
Each training document must include: attendance’s name & signature, date of the training, topics discussed and instructor’s name
The Tracking Log will be maintained in the safety files and is a legal record of compliance.
